Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Please email us at to get the process started. We do not provide free returns.

However, we do re-confirm the order details via call or email to avoid any confusion. 

EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS & REFUNDS Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for exchange or online store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Store credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any Kavita’s products.

All garments must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to be returned. This means no scuffs, marks, stains (incl. deodorant stains)with the tags attached. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please let us know at

We ask that you mail all returns in their original packaging when possible. We thank you in advance for avoiding the use of plastic packaging and mailers when completing your return.

You must provide our customer care team with a tracking number for your return. If you ship your item back to us without tracking and the parcel gets lost in the mail, then we will not be able to provide a refund or store credit.

SALES & DISCOUNTS All sale items and discounted items are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we are more than happy to process a cancellation for you as long as your order has not been shipped. If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us, we will not be able to cancel your order.
